Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF BRAND-NEW GARBAGE COMPACTOR TRUCK FOR USE OF PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand and Five Hundred Forty Pesos Only (Php5,423,540.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Brand-New Garbage Compactor Truck for use of Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office/ B-G-2025-316. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-Five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, regardless of the number of years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one contract similar in nature and complexity to the Project.
