The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the LDRRMF 2025 - Provision for the Purchase of Dredging / Desilting Equipment intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P6,700,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Brand-New Excavator for use during disaster response operations to mitigate and prevent flooding in low-lying and poblacion areas, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Boac, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
