Procurement of Brand new 4x4 Mini Dump Truck

1) The Municipal Government of Libona, through the [Appropriation Ordinance of 2025] intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Brand New 4X4 Mini Dump Truck. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipal Government of Libona now invites bids for Procurement of Brand New 4X4 Mini Dump Truck using Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder - LCRB.. Delivery of the Goods should at least Thirty (30) Calendar Days from the receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
