INVITATION TO BID

FOR THE

PROCUREMENT OF BRAILLE CONTINUOUS PAPER FOR
CONVERSION OF TEXTBOOKS IN BRAILLE FORMAT COPIES

1. The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) under 2024 Continuing TBIMs Fund intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos One Million, Six Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand, Six Hundred Twelve and 00/100 (Php1,632,612.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Braille Continuous Paper for Conversion of Textbooks in Braille Format Copies, detailed as follows:

Bids received in excess of the ABC for the project shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
