Description : The Bicol University Tabaco through the Corporate Budget Approved by Board of Reagents Fund05 Fiduciary (RLE) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract: Procurement of books for Library Use.

The Bicol University now requests quotation/proposal from suppliers for the contract: Procurement of books for Library Use.

Procurement will be conducted through NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, an alternative method of procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 53.9 - Negotiated Procurement (Small Value), of the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.

Supplier shall submit quotation/proposal on or before July 22, 2025, 12NN to the BAC Secretariat, Bicol University Tabaco, and Tabaco City.
