Description : The City Local Government Unit of Tabuk City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Manufacturers/Distributors/Suppliers to bid for the said item/s.
All particulars relative to the procurement process and contract implementation shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations
Quotation Forms are now available at the BAC Secretariat. Quotations are evaluated on a lot basis. Price Quotation is valid for 30 CD after bid opening.
Submit your price quotation, PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum), and Omnibus Sworn Statement in a Sealed Long Envelope (2 sets) per project to the BAC Chairman/ Secretariat on or before (the stated closing date above) at the BAC Conference Room, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City.
The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotations or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the quotations as may be considered most advantageous to the Local Government Unit of Tabuk.
