TERMS OF REFERENCE

BOOKBINDING OF BOOK OF ACCOUNTS

1. That the bookbinding of Books of Accounts and Official Receipts shall be on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis or as needed.

2. That the bookbinding fee for each bound book is P 300.00.

3. That the number of Books of Accounts and Official receipts for bookbinding depends upon the volume of transactions and receipts as applicable.

4. That the total bookbinding fee for a given period is P 300.00 times the total number of bound books.

5. That the Supplier must:

• Have an established local office here in Cebu;

• Pick up & deliver the items for bookbinding; and

• Able to deliver bounded receipts within the specified given period.

6. The Supplier must provide sample: (refer to previous bookbounded books)

a) The text labels on the bound cover must be stamped and not printed, to ensure it remains legible over time;
