The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Peso(S) (Php 224,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Board & Lodging (USE FOR CAPABILITY BUILDING FOR BCPC AND OTHER CHILDREN PROTECTION STAKEHOLDER (AUGUST 13-15, 2025)) /25-1932.

Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
