1. The Department of Education-Schools Division Office, San Juan City, through the authorized appropriations under Division MOOE intends to apply the sum of One hundred thirty two thousand pesos (PHP 132,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contracts for the PROCUREMENT OF BOARD AND LODGING FOR THE TRAINING AND WORKSHOP ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF STORYBOOKS AND ILLUSTRATIONS YEAR 2 (within Quezon City).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
