Procurement of Board and Lodging for the conduct of Career Guidance Program School-Based Training of Career Advocates (SBTCA) on September 3-7, 2025 at Pagadian City
1. The Department of Education Region IX, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 4,492,800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Board and Lodging for the conduct of Career Guidance Program School-Based Training of Career Advocates (SBTCA) on September 3-7, 2025 at Pagadian City/PR No. 2025-07-227. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Education Region IX, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the goods/services contemplated in this project. The expected completion of delivery of the goods/services is detailed specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements of this bidding documents.
