Description : The Ministry of Transportation and Communications - BARMM through the
TDIF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million pesos only (PhP 3,000,000.00)
being the ABC to payments under the contract for Public Bidding No: 25TDIF0015
with the following minimum specifications:
2. One (1) unit of BMARINA Regional Office Vehicle with total ABC of
Php3,000,000.00

Award of Contract shall be made on a per Lot basis. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3. The Ministry of Transportation and Communications - BARMM now invites bids
for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required with in Sixty
(60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules
