The Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract of 2026 approved by the governing Board (MDS-CO), intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (Php 2,050,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF BIOTECHNOLOGY NATURAL PRODUCTS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BIOTECH LABORATORY AT TALISAY CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
