Description : TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
A. The time & Attendance software should constitute:
1. Schedules;
2. Rostering;
3. Clocking Maintenance;
4. Reporting;
5. at least 200 employee capacity
B. The HR Management Section software features
1. Personal Details and Employee maintenance;
2. Self-Service Attendance History Inquiry- The system shall serve as an
information kiosk and provide read-only access to employees of attendance history.
Reduces inquiries addressed to HR regarding employee time logs.
C. The supplier should supply and install the Biometrics access control systems machine as well as Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)
D. The installed system should have the capability to produce the necessary reports upon request
CONTRACTOR-S RESPONSIBILITY
The Contractor shall provide the following:
1. Technical support during weekdays through telephone, email, and/or
chat with a maximum response time of two (2) hours from the
posting/submission of support request.
2. Trainer/s to conduct one (1) administrator-s training and one (1) user-s
training for HRMS.
