Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF BIOLOGICS, VETERINARY MEDICINES AND DRUGS AND SURGICAL SUPPLIES TO BE USED FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ANIMAL HEALTHCARE PROGRAM

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos Only (P 1,195,540.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Biologics, Veterinary Medicines and Drugs and Surgical Supplies to be used for the implementation of the Animal Healthcare Program / B-G-2025-165. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project....
