PROCUREMENT OF BIOLOGICAL (PCEC RBIS VACCINE, EQUINNE RABIES IMMUNOGLOBULIN, TETANUS TOXOID AND HUMAN TETANUS IMMUNOGLOBULIN) FOR MINGLANILLA ANIMAL BITE TREATMENT CENTER OF RHU CENTER

1) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the Local Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 4,599,500.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BIOLOGICALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
