The Philippine National Railways (“PNR”) Bids and Awards Committee invites all interested suppliers to submit their price quotation for the “Procurement of Batteries for Engineering Service Equipment”. The rules on Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 shall be employed.
