  1. The Batangas State University ARASOF-Nasugbu through the PRE FY 2025 intends to apply
  the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos
  only (Php 3,344,460.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
  under the contract for “Procurement of BatStateU - The NEU ARASOF- Nasugbu-s PE
  Uniforms and Textile of School Uniforms for Academic Year 2025-2026”. Bids received in
  excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
