Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Basic Laboratory and Monitoring Equipment for the NMP

1. The National Museum of the Philippines, through the General Appropriations Act of Fiscal Year 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand One Hundred Ninety-One Pesos and 68/100 (PHP 1,236,191.68) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Basic Laboratory and Monitoring Equipment for the NMP, with identification number NMPBAC-PB-2025-08-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Museum of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for forty-five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
