1. The Local Government Unit of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, thru its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php1,199,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) through the Fund transfer from DOLE to payments under the contract for the Contract No. GS-2023-49. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.
