Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF AUTODESK SOFTWARE
SUBSCRIPTION FOR USE OF PROVINCIAL ENGINEER'S OFFICE
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
ONLY (₱ 525,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF AUTODESK SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION
FOR USE OF PROVINCIAL ENGINEER'S OFFICE with Procurement Reference No.
G-2025-0028 REBIDDING Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within THIRTY (30) DAYS after receipt of the Notice to
Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an
amount of at least FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The
description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in
Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders).
