Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM
1) The ENERGY REGULATORY COMMSSION (ERC), through the Continuing
Appropriations for Fiscal Year 20244 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Six
Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP7,600,000.00), inclusive of all government
taxes, and other fees and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for Procurement of Audio Visual System, Lot No.
2025-16.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2) The ERC now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Delivery of the
Goods is required to be made not more than thirty (30) calendar days from the
receipt by the Supplier of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have
completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary
“pass/fail” criterion ...
