Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF AUDIO VISUAL
PRODUCTION SERVICES( LIGHTS, SOUNDS AND LED WALL RENTAL) FOR
USE OF THE CENTER FOR CULTURE AND ARTS DEVELOPMENT
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION AND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 2,150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF AUDIO VISUAL
PRODUCTION SERVICES FOR USE OF THE CENTER FOR CULTURE AND
ARTS DEVELOPMENT with Procurement Reference No. 2025-000218. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The
