NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
AUDIO COMPONENT FOR SOCIAL HALL AND COVERED COURT

1.) The Samar National School, of the Department of Education, Division of Catbalogan City, intends to procure new Audio Component Equipment for installation to the Social Hall and Covered Court.

2.) Citing the above mentioned purpose, the Samar National School, of the Department of Education, Division of Catbalogan City intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Pesos ( Php 393,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

3.)
