Description : II. Minimum Requirements for Suppliers
• Supplier must be located in Cebu
• Must be able to produce high quality Trophies with Presentation Box, Plaque Presentation Box and Certificate Holders using the proposed materials, color, measurements and other requirements specified in the attached layout/description.
• Must have experience in the production of Trophies with Presentation Box, Plaque Presentation Box and Certificate Holders for big tourism events, e.g. awarding ceremonies, recognitions, competitions, etc.
• Must submit (1) one mock-up sample of Trophies with Presentation Box, Plaque Presentation Box, and Certificate Holders
• Must be willing to provide product warranty/return and exchange of defective Trophies with Presentation Box, Plaque Presentation Box and Certificate Holders.
• Must be willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement.
