Project Title : PROCUREMENT OF ASEAN TOURISM STANDARDS PLAQUES FOR THE 2026 ASEAN TOURISM STANDARDS AWARDS

I. Purpose/Objective

• To be presented to the awardees during the 2026 ASEAN Tourism Standards Awarding Ceremony, in conjunction with the Closing and Handover Ceremony of the 2026 ASEAN Tourism Forum on 30 January 2026

II. Minimum Requirements for Suppliers

• Supplier must be located in Cebu
• Must be able to produce high quality plaques using the proposed materials, color, measurements and other requirements specified in the attached layout/description.
• Must submit (1) one mock-up sample of Plaque.
• Must be willing to provide product warranty/return and exchange of defective plaques
• Must be willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement.
