Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, through Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (P280,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Armchairs for Lumayong ES, Kayaga ES, Datu Pedtamanan ES & Malabuaya ES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, now invites bids for Procurement of Armchairs for Lumayong ES, Kayaga ES, Datu Pedtamanan ES & Malabuaya ES. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
