Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. The National Housing Authority (NHA) - Region VII, through the Corporate Budget approved by the NHA Board for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱200,000.00) for Two (2) Real Estate External Service Providers (₱100,000.00 each) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract: Procurement of Appraisal of Mckinley Ville Housing Project at Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental with Two (2) External Real Estate Appraisal- Service Provider (EREASPs) with Reference No. NHA-CONSULTING-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
