INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF APPLIANCES, EQUIPMENT, OFFICE FURNITURE
AND OTHER SUPPLIES
1. The Province of Misamis Occidental through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply
the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty
Pesos Only (Php 4,914,950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for PB-G-2026-03-0528. Bids received in excess of the
ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for Procurement of Appliances,
Equipment, Office Furniture and Other Supplies. Delivery of the Goods are required
within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date
of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
