Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF ANTINEOPLASTIC AND
IMMUNOMODULATING MEDICINES
IB NO. 2024-097

1. The Tondo Medical Center (TMC), through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand One Hundred Fifty-One Philippine Pesos and Seventy Centavos (PhP 880,151.70) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Antineoplastic and Immunomodulating Medicines under IB No. 2024- 097. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The TMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) ...
