PROCUREMENT OF ANTI TUBERCOLOSIS MEDICINES AND VITAMINS FOR TB PATIENTS

1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 007-12 series of 2024 dated December 23, 2024 as General Annual Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Six Hundred Ten Pesos (P 992,610.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ANTI TUBERCOLOSIS MEDICINES AND VITAMINS FOR TB PATIENTS with Solicitation Number G-092025-010229. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
