Procurement of Annual Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
Project No. 2025-CIMS(024)-CB-0025

1. The CREDIT INFORMATION CORPORATION (CIC), through the Corporate Budget for FY
2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million, Eight Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Philippine
Pesos (PhP1,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of
Annual Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) with Project No. 2025-
CIMS(024)-CB-0025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2. The CIC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required
within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed,
within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section
II (Instructions to Bidders).
