The Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD), through Corporate Operating Budget for the Contract approved by the Governing Boards for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of PESOS: ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 132,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement for the Annual Sketch Up Subscription. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
