AND NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION SERVICES FOR TWO (2) YEARS

1. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and 33/100 (PhP2,246,733.33), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Annual Medical Examination and Neuropsychological Evaluation Services for two (2) years for CF Ilocos Norte.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
