Description : 1. The LGU Dolores, through the 20% Development Fund Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P350,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025-07GS-044 Procurement of Animal Vaccines and Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Dolores, now invited bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required in Fourteen(14) calendar days. Bidders should've completed a contract similar to the Project. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bid Documents, particularly in section II.
3. Bidding will be conducted though the open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in RA 9184.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU Dolores and inspect the Bidding Documents as the address given below during weekdays from 8:00am-5:00pm.
