Purchase of 10 Unit Cellphone
The Local Government Unit of Barangay Aringit, Municipality of Pastrana, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred thousand pesos only (Php 100,000) being the approved budget of the contract (ABC) payment under the contract for the Procurement and instakllation of solar street lights.

Bids received the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening that will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as "Government Procurement Act".

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM
