The PNP Police Regional Office BAR, through the Approved Program of Expenditures (POE-PA) of the PNP Trust Receipts intends to apply the sum of Two Million Thirty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos (PhP2,039,658.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement and Installation of Solar PV System for PRO BAR (RMFB14 Headquarters and Accounting and COA Building)/ITB No. PRO BAR-2025-02. Bids received in excess of the allocation for each sub-lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
