1.The Local Government Unit of Oton, through DISASTER RESPONSE AND RESCUE EQUIPMENT intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 365,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) SET WEATHER STATION TO BE USED AS EARLY WARNING SYSTEM OF MDRRMO, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
