Description : 1.The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARCOS, through the PARKS AND PLAZA & OME FUND intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX THOUSAND FORTY PESOS (Php 326,040.00) for the ACCOMMODATION, MEALS AND SNACKS OF PARTICIPANTS, TRAINERS AND IN-CHARGE OF ACTIVITIES FOR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER EXECUTIVE COURSE AND INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM EXECUTIVE COURSE ON NOVEMBER 6-7, 2025.

2. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within TEN (10) Calendar Days after the receipt of Purchase Order.

3. Request for Quotation must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the BAC Office of Marcos, Ilocos Norte on or before October 28, 2025/2:00 P. M. Late RFQ shall not be accepted.

4. The technical specification of items is provided in the attached RFQ.
