Description : Invitation to Bid for the PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION OF IP CCTV CAMERAS

1. The BARANGAY CABONG, BORONGAN CITY, E. SAMAR, through the FY 2025 20% DEV-T FUND BUDGET intends to apply the sum of being the Approved Budget of Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand, Two Hundred Thirteen Pesos (Php216,213.00) for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for lot one (1) with Contract Number ITB-2025-02 GOODS. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY CABONG, BORONGAN CITY, E. SAMAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Twenty Calendar Days (20CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
