Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF EARLY WARNING SYSTEM FOR DRRM OPERATIONS

1. The Municipality of Agoo, La Union intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (3,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement and Installation of Early Warning System for DRRM Operations/GDS2025-1014C. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Agoo, La Union now invites bids for the Procurement and Installation of Early Warning System for DRRM Operations. Delivery of the Goods required is thirty (30) calendar days upon Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. Moreover, bidders should be a PhilGEPS REGISTERED SUPPLIER with PLATINUM Membership, in consonance with the IRR of RA 12009.
