1. The Sangguniang Kabataan, through the fund Supplemetal Budget No. 1 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only & 00/100 (Php 350,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement and Installation of Digital Shot Clock. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Aguiting, Kananga, Leyte, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within (Five (5) Years) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
