Description : 1. The LGU Dolores, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025-02GS-030 Procurement and Installation of CCTV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Dolores, now invited bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required in Seven(7) calendar days. Bidders should've completed a contract similar to the Project. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bid Documents, particularly in section II.
3. Bidding will be conducted though the open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in RA 9184.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU Dolores and inspect the Bidding Documents as the address given below during weekdays from 8:00am-5:00pm.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting on February 21, 2025 from given address below in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1000.00). The Procuring Entity ...
