1) The Local Government Unit of Calubian, Leyte, through the 70% of 5% LDRRM Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of P1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement and Installation of Brand New Fire Pump. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
