1.The Municipality of E. B Magalona, Negros Occidental, through the [Bank Loan 2025]3 intends to apply the sum of FIFTY-FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE PESOS AND THIRTY-THREE CENTAVOS (Php 54,811,665.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Procurement and Implementation of Contracts for Design and Build Project for the Construction of Level III Municipal Water System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
