A. Scope of Work
1. Provide a Dedicated Internet Connection with a minimum bandwidth of 1 Gbps
2. Conduct site survey and technical assessment prior to installation
3. Supply and install necessary network equipment, fiber optic cables, and termination devices required for the connection
4. Perform testing and commissioning of the internet service prior to the activation date
5. Coordinate with the institution's IT personnel during the implementation and configuration phase
6. Ensure the internet connection is fully operational before the expiration of the current ISP contract. (May 05, 2026)
7. Provide technical support and maintenance throughout the contract

B. Implementation Phase
The implementation shall include the following activities:
Site inspection and project coordination
Installation of fiber optic line and necessary equipment
Configuration and testing of the internet service
