INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT AND
DISTRIBUTION OF IN-ORGANIC FERTILIZERS RE:
DISTRIBUTION OF PLANTING MATERIALS AND OTHER
FARM INPUTS
1. The Local Government Unit of San Julian through the OMAS-Other MOOE/Crop
Service Program intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand
Pesos Only (Php 998,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for
Procurement and Distribution of In-Organic Fertilizers Fe: Distribution of Planting
Materials and Other Farm Inputs with Project No. June-2025-021. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Julian now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders
should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt
