1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the Supplemental Budget #1 Series of 2023 (OMAGRI - Procurement and Distribution of Foliar Fertilizer) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Ᵽ3,298,400.00.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement and Distribution of Foliar Fertilizer for the Municipality of Cabarroguis, Quirino with identification number LGUCQ-G-2023-0053 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
