Description : PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF WATER DISPENSER, HOT AND COLD, BOTTOM LOAD
Delivery period: 10 DAYS.
Place of delivery: F.O.B. Sogod Water District Office, Sogod, Southern Leyte | MON-FRI 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, OFFICE HOURS ONLY.
"In case of failure to make the full delivery within the time specified above, the Supplier/Contractor shall be liable for liquidated damages equivalent to one-tenth (1/10) of one percent (0.1%) of the total contract price for every day of delay, until full delivery is made and accepted by the Procuring Entity, not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the total contract price."
Quotation must be denominated in Philippine Peso, inclusive of all taxes and levies.
Please note that the corresponding bank transfer fee, if any, shall be chargeable to the Supplier.
Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall automatically be rejected.
