  maximum energy savings.
   Energy Efficiency: Minimum 5-Star
  DOE Energy Rating with a CSPF of 5.0
  or higher.
   Refrigerant: Must use eco-friendly R32
  refrigerant.
  Scope of Works and Inclusions:
   must conduct a site inspection to verify
  actual field conditions, mounting
  locations, and electrical tapping points.
   Supply, delivery, and complete
  installation of all five (5) units
   System commissioning including leak
  testing, and performance validation
   Extended Piping Allowance: Inclusion
  of twenty (20) meters
   Service: At least two (2) year warranty
  on parts and onsite labor/services
   Logistics: Price must be inclusive of
  delivery and handling to RCMB3 Office.
