Procurement and Delivery on One (1) set Stack/Flue Gas Analyzer Instrument

1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the FY 2022 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 950,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement and Delivery on One (1) set Stack/Flue Gas Analyzer Instrument (Project Identification Number PB-22-117). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty Five (45) working days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
